The first of many . . .

I made up an Easter basket for Jack. He's not quite old enough to understand it, but I had some things we bought for him anyway and thought it might be fun to put them all in a basket and call it a gift. Kind of like we did for Christmas.

In it, we put a train set from IKEA, some snack items that he likes, two shirts, some stuffed animals (also from IKEA), and a stuffed carrot that I bought here. Oh, and there's also a little wind up chick that I fell in love with last weekend at The Land of Nod.

He might not know what's going on, but here are some pictures to commemorate the gift.

sara...that train set from ikea!
i gave that to caleb for his 2nd birthday. he loved it and still loves it. he's not into the magnet trains anymore but he uses the track as a race track for his cars now : )
or, he uses the pieces as his drumsticks...that seems to happen a lot now. oh, and, just in case they haven't changed the make-up of pieces in it. it's almost impossible to make the pieces into a continuous track : ) happy easter! love you guys!
