At 3 months old, Claire . . .
. . . sleeps from 7ish to 7ish every night. We. Are. Thrilled.
. . . smiles when she hears her brothers' voices.
. . . probably weighs between 15 and 16 pounds. That's just a guess.
. . . stays with her brothers and her babysitter, Kelsey, several mornings a week.
. . . will take a bottle really well from her babysitter. Not as well from mom and dad.
. . . has rolled over from her back to her front once. She and her mother were equally surprised.
. . . is getting better at tolerating tummy time.
. . . loves, loves, loves bath time.
. . . hates, hates, hates getting out of the bath and drying off.
. . . has a joyful little chuckle that started during baby/mom yoga time.
. . . has now been to Chicago for a girls' weekend with Grandma Wietholter and Aunt Karina.
. . . is still fussy in the evenings, but it's definitely getting better.
. . . sucks on two of her fingers to get to sleep.
. . . hates her car seat and won't fall asleep in it as easily as she used to.
. . . loves the hanging baseball teddy bear that her brothers both loved when they were her age. Especially when she figures out how to get its foot to her mouth.
. . . wears some 3-6 month clothing still, but mostly 6 month.
. . . resists being rocked to sleep and prefers to be laid down. This breaks my heart.

and you say you aren't happy with your pictures. i can't get over the pictures of claire these days. and your blogs. my word "precious" applies to all!
She is wonderful and unique.
Neither of my boys liked to be rocked to sleep, either. Sam did go through a phase where he needed a short cuddle about 45 minutes after going to bed. That was a sweet time...but it's over now.
