Snowman bites the dust; Prime suspect cleared of charges

Somerset Center, MI (AP) - Today, the Snowman Building Regulation Board (SBRB) came to a unanimous agreement that Jackson William Luke, of Somerset Center, Michigan, will be cleared of all charges brought against him for Monday's untimely demise of the snowman in his front yard.

Jackson (known as Jack to his friends), and his mother Sara, built the snowman just prior to naptime on Monday. Allegedly, while posing for pictures, Jackson accidentally tipped his frosty friend and sent him to his icy ruin. This incriminating photo caused the SBRB to get involved.

The SBRB questioned Jack and determined that it was, in fact, an accident. Their decision was confirmed by the release of the photo below, showing his quivering lip and total remorse over his lost friend. Jack was able to keep his composure, but barely.

When asked for a statement, Jack simply said, "Snowmeen. Bootball."

LOL - this is so cute! We tried to build a snowman last weekend, but it turned out to be more of a snow lump. :-)
